It’s late and I thought I’d slide by without (oof).
That said, versions:
Samsung-Client: 5.58.3
Plex Web: 4.100.1
Plex Server: 1.32.0.6918
I did the Plex dance and still having same issue. Analyze didn’t seem to help either … can’t get the file to play whether on web or Samsung.
Specifically, the error is: An unexpected playback problem occurred.
I did confirm that the file itself is playable by playing it directly on my PC using VLC and the included codec in the K-Lite Codec Pack (whichever one it is).
I attached the latest logs after this round of trials.
