My Cloud PR2100 no longer connects to PMS - unable to configure

for the past few days, the Plex app is no longer able to connect to the server. I can see the server on my local network but the plex app shows “Server currently unavailable”.

I’ve tried rebooting both the server and the internet and as a last resort, I’ve tried deleting and installing the server.

After reinstalling the server on my PR2100, I’ve actually been unable to re-configure the server. Everytime I click on the “configure” button, I get a 404 message. I’ve also tried manually going to the url like so http://:32400 . This returns a “address is not valid” message so I’m stuck on what I can do to get it back up and running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve also tried setting up a PMS on a completely different device using the same PR2100 as storage and that works just fine so there is an issue with the PR2100 server. Not sure how to get it working again.

I’ve set up port forwarding on the NAS and it has a static IP which appears to be set up correctly but still no go.

Using my new PMS and access the server by using ip_address:32400 works fine which again leads me to believe there is an issue on the NAS that isn’t working anymore.
