The log files show remote access enabling then disabling, but it is unclear why that is happening.

Here are some items to check (admittedly a generic list):

Are you running a VPN on the same system? If so, disable it so it does not run when the PC restarts. Reboot the PC after disabling the VPN.

Windows 10 Settings → System → Power & Sleep. Set Sleep = Never.

Make sure Windows is not putting the Ethernet port into low power mode to save power.
Win + R (run box), enter ncpa.cpl, OK. That pulls up the Network Connections control panel. On the active Ethernet port, right click → Properties. Click on Configure → Advanced tab. If listed(varies by chipset), disable: Power Savings Mode, Green Ethernet, Energy Efficient Ethernet, Advanced EEE.

Ensure the Ethernet cable is secure & latched in both the PC and router. If you’ve a spare cable, try using it (cables sometimes go bad).

Perform a network reset: a) shutdown the Plex server, b) power off the router, c) wait 20 seconds then restore power to the router, d) when the router is fully online, power on the server.

That is Plex Web client log file, not the Plex server log files (settings → troubleshooting).

If the problem re-occurs:

  1. Stop PMS and wait one minute.
  2. Start PMS
  3. Wait three minutes to log the startup sequence (and no streaming at this time)
  4. Pull the server log files and post the zip file to the thread.
