Cant get the tv show to show or they show one show and play another

Hi I cant get some tv show to be recognize by plex and some other shows do apear but when you click on it, plays a diferent show. When initialy i imported the files I didnt know about the name format required. The i change the name to fit the profile but nothing changes. I even rescan them but they still show up mixed or missing.
