Can't install plugins on Mac media server

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: 3.83.1

When I go into the plugins section, I have the plugins showing there I installed long ago. Some work others don’t (have deleted those).
I can’t install new ones as there is no button to do that, e.g. “install plugins”.

What could be wrong here?

Oh! So what is there will also go away and that is why I can’t install new ones?

I always have the latest versions of server and player installed as I have PlexPass, so the install for plugins has already been pulled?

But a manual install is still possible, with plugins from the UAS
