its always stuck spinning on claiming. i can’t get it to claim my server, i have my claim code in correctly and I even made sure to delete all old versions of servers i had.
This usually indicates the server cannot communicate with hosts at plex.tv.
Check the network configuration on the server - IP address & mask and default gateway.
Configure the server to use a public DNS server such as 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare), 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 (Google), or 9.9.9.9 (Quad9).
Also verify the server date/time is correct.
You might also try the User Credential Reset and Server Reclaim Utility.
Once the server is claimed, the update notice will go away (unless an update is actually available).
