Can't Load Agents. Can't Load Server Settings

My first issue was I couldn’t load the Agents or Language list when trying to Match a title it just says Loading… in the drop down menu. Then I tried going into Server Settings > Agents and it said Server settings are unavailable. I get the same screen when I try to go into Manage > Troubleshooting so I am unable to retrieve logs. I have tried running Plex Media Player Installer and repairing. I have also tried restarting my PC.

Edit I found the logs they were in a different directory.Logs.rar (27.8 MB)

Had lack of answers on forums so I decided to try downgrading to 1.20.2.3402-ofec14d92 and I can now match again. Issue seems to be with current version only.
