I have port forwarding set up, through both the selection on the Plex app (under Settings-Remote access) as well as within my router (I’m using an Xfinity router/modem). Also, I have set my IP address on my server to be static. Computer is set to not sleep as well.
Even with this, I continue to lose remote access hours after it’s enabled. I’d love to understand what I can do to keep remote access as the server is useless without it.
