Why I can’t open my plex server? Can someone help me!?? I do have the latest version of plex.
I got Windows 10 OS!
Have you tried opening it from the Plex website? Go to the main web page and hit the launch button on the top right.
@mdnitoil Already tried that. Here’s what I got when I did that
Has it worked previously or is this a fresh install? Do you see any Plex processes running in the task manager? I assume you’ve rebooted the computer and tried starting Plex again?
@Peter_W It worked before. I already uninstall and re-install the app. Restarted several times still didn’t work. All I can get when I tried to run plex server is this
Not that familiar with Windows installation of PMS, but that sounds like a faulty database. You should be able to either try and repair the corrupt one https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database - or since you are a Plex pass holder there should be a backup made by the butler so you can rollback to a previous version - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202485658-Restore-a-Database-Backed-Up-via-Scheduled-Tasks-
Did you have Plex working on Windows 10 previously?
When I upgraded to Windows 10 I received the same/a similar message. I tried various suggested fixes but I couldn’t get it working under Windows 10. When I rolled back to Windows 7 everything worked fine without me doing anything else.
