You are using the wrong download!

QTS 4.2.2 is a 32bit OS, so you need the 32bit version of PMS

I’m a newbie… but I was having trouble similar to everyone else.
The Qnap app kept connecting to
http://“your IP”:32400/web/ vs http://“your IP”:32400/web/index.html
maybe that will help someone in the future.
