I made a post a couple of days ago asking for help with fixing the “double NAT”. I resolved this by getting rid of my ISP modem and only using my ASUS AC68U router. Now remote access in the Plex settings is available. However I still can’t play anything on other networks other than my home internet.
I’ve tried port forwarding and checked that the ports are open but still got the problem.
Im using a synology 214, I realize that I can’t transcode with this, but direct play is also not working.
