Can't play live tv or record

I am unable to watch or record any live tv. My plex library has been around for a long time and is now rsynced to a new FreeBSD iocage jail running FreeBSD 11.3.

When attempting to watch any live tv the plex logs the following. The Invalid frame dimensions messages repeat many, many times.

I fixed the issue.

The problems were related to networking settings of the FreeBSD iocage jail. I am running the jail through FreeNas.

You must add your network to VNET in the iocage jail’s network configuration.

Additionally, you may need to add “allow_raw_sockets”: 1 to the jails config.json located at

/mnt/<pool>/iocage/jails/<jail>/config.json
