Cant play movies from WD My Cloud Home

Player Version#: Multiple, Smart TV, Laptop and phone

Thanks, I have been enjoying Plex movies on my WD My Cloud for a while now but recently I cannot watch anything because I only get the wheel of death until it times out. The server can be found, I have tried multiple devices (TV, MacBook Pro and iPhone) and multiple movies/TV shows but I get the same result everywhere. Any thoughts?

All the movies are in the right folders and it worked well and I haven’t made any changes.

Has something changed with your network? Are you able to play in your network but not outside your network? Is your My Cloud drive set to a static IP Address? Do you have Port forwarding on on your router set?

Sorry it has taken me awhile, I cant play on my network and I don’t have Plex Pass so I am not sure about off network but nothing has changed. I can reach the pages of each movie but I just get timed out whilst trying to play.

Also I am using (Direct) Port Forward Connection.

Don’t need PLEX Pass to play out of your network. Do you have port forwarding set within MyCloud? Below are screenshots from my WD MyCloud drive and from NETGEAR router.
