I’m trying to record Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2. It recorded last week but errored out on that day, 3/28, saying “An error occurred while postprocessing the recording.”
I found another airing of it coming on 4/12 but it won’t let me schedule the recording and the log reads:
Apr 04, 2020 20:02:07.941 [0x7fc2337fe700] DEBUG - Subscription: We found a match in the library for ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 (2011)’
Apr 04, 2020 20:02:07.941 [0x7fc2337fe700] DEBUG - Activity: Ended activity 8209e4bd-9af2-4956-a56f-aeb6fa20439e.
I went into the folder for the movie and it was empty. I then deleted the empty folder and scanned the library again hoping it would solve the issue but that didn’t seem to help.

/mnt/tvdisk/plex/movies/ is a hard drive internal to this computer.
/mnt/tvdisk/plex/movies/Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (2011) the folder in bold was the folder I deleted as it was empty once some issue occurred with the recording.
The folder for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 (2010) is also in /mnt/tvdisk/plex/movies/ and is showing up fine along with other recorded movies.
Thank you for the link to perform The Plex Dance! I had attempted to clear some things but since I hadn’t found that list before I know for sure I had not done everything on that list before.
Now I’ll need to wait for the movie to air again to see if that solved the issue.
