Current Plex app on Android 11 smart phone and current Android TV. Neither will allow me to record anything from Live TV either from the Guide or while watching a particular channel. Using a web browser to access my server works fine as does the current iOS app on my iPad.
Current server version is 1.21.0.3616 and I am going to be updating to the newest Public update (1.21.0.3711) tonight to see if it makes any difference.
Just to make this more fun, the issue ONLY exists with content of type Movies. Episodic TV Shows have no such limitation / issue, and yes I am trying to save the content into a folder of appropriate content type.
