Can't watch a show on live TV while also recording it

so I’ve got the HD home run flex 4K with four tuners. I used to be able to watch a show and record it at the same time, but now if the show is recording, and I try to watch it, I get an error. I can watch any other channel, the recording still works just fine, and I can watch that channel once the recording is done, but I can no longer do both simultaneously

Android right? I just got an android tv and can’t play a line TV recording on either while it’s recording.

I also cannot stop the recording from Android.

My fire TVs work just fine as well as my desktop app/browser.

W10 hosts my server connected to a HD home run duo.

I was having the same problem with Plex for Android. I checked for updates and just updated to version 10.5.0.4973 with an update date of 12/1/23 and it solved the issue.

Odd, I don’t see 10.0.5 anywhere.

I’m on the beta release program, so I’m willing to bet this release hasn’t hit the official release channel yet.

I’m popping in here to say that I’m affected by this on Google TV and Android Phone, but I’m very glad to see that something is in the works in the beta. I’m going to keep my eye on this thread and update my status if it starts working again, or if I get the update and it continues not working.
