I’m glad I’m not the only one, I posted about this on Reddit and thought I was gonna nuts. I can’t even log into the Plex website from my PC.
I don’t use Tidal and I’m having these issues.
This describes in more detail the problem I’m having. https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/rvkdo8/heeeeeeeeeeeeelp_meeeeeeeee/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
@JtotheEvon can you get the browser console logs and message them to me. ( click on my username to see message button)
The problem is, I can’t log in to the plex website on my PC, which means I can’t comment in the forum on my PC where the logs are, I’m currently going through my iPad. I’ll try and save the logs, send them to my iPad and go that way.
Ok I sent them to you.
hey . Just made a new topic for you since I think a different issue.
hey we show a recent login on Safari today. did this issue start today or has it been happpening or a while? but maybe that was your iPad
The errors in your log usually point to something like an ad blocker anti virus or similar. You mentioned Tdarr in your reddit post but not sure what that is.
can you log in to the web site in browser on a smart phone while not on local network (like while on cellular only)
Also when you go here do you get an error on PC browser or is it a blank page.

Are you on a Mac or Windows? Wanted to see if trying to clear DNS cache might help.
To clear the DNS cache for MacOS , you must: Navigate to Applications → Utilities → Terminal. Execute the following command: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
for windows
I don’t actually use Safari at all, my main browser is Chrome even on my iPad and iPhone, so that’s weird. I can log on with my iPhone and my iPad, that’s the only way I’ve been able to talk to you
I’m using a PC (Alienware aurora R8) so I will try that in a minute and report back.
Still getting the same error when I try to log in on the website “there was a problem signing in to Plex”
Did you try flushing DNS cache?
I did, then restarted my computer to be safe and still nothing.
can you try using a different DNS all together. like Google DNS
I think I did it right, also restarted my computer, same problem
Run each of the following in the Windows command prompt.
nslookup plex.tv
nslookup plex.tv 8.8.8.8
ping plex.tv
Post the output here.
