I’m getting an error that my credentials have expired. Not sure how to fix this.

It’s only happening to me on Roku. I have been able to sign in on other devices.
If other devices are ok, it’s probably not Plex directly. I’ve pinged those who can look deeper.

Just wanted to voice that its happening to me too, I can bypass the login since I am on the same network as my server. Good to know I didn’t break something somehow and that its not me.
Specifically for me after I go to plex.tv/link and enter my code the TV has the error message that my credentials have expired, but my phone (where I used plex.tv/link) says that my device has been linked.
I have removed that Roku device from the server and it’s still not linking. So I imagine it might be something like the Roku is not receiving the Proper “Ok” from the plex authentication server. Perhaps a bad API key or Link on Plex/Roku’s side?

plex classic works fine on roku it just regular version and only on roku
I’m having the same problem with my Roku’s in my house.
Same issue here. Go to link with pin and immediately greater with the credentials expired message. I have tried the normal plex Roku app and the plex pass Roku app, both give the same result. If I look at the pms under devices I do see the Roku listed there. If I purge it from that list and then attempt to sign in with the pin again it reappears even though the Roku states that it is expired.
Was there an update to the Roku apps today that may have broken authentication?
Roku classic app works though.

Get your Roku logs please. Look at the error code. The devs are on it now. Please confirm the error code(s) you’re seeing here.
I too cannot get to my Plex via Roku. Was fine yesterday. Tried deleting Roku Client and relinking. No luck.
Just enabled debug logging, remote logging and attempted a login, hope that helps

I can’t login to my Roku to perform the steps listed in the link to get logs. Is there a way to do server side. I keep getting “Your credentials have expired. Please sign in again.”
