I’m bk to 100% up thank you for all the hard and even more importantly the expedient work that the team puts in for us.

The issue is back… any recommendation on how to fix aside from sending Plex devs logs, etc? Is there a quick fix I can do on my end, since it’s been close to 2 years :slight_smile:

I am also having the same issue, I know this thread is old, but I’m running out of options…

The only way I fixed it was create a new account on Roku and then installed Plex and other apps on the Roku device again, worked a treat, but not sure if it works for everyone?
