Howdy all!
Having some issues with syncing shared playlists between home users. Here’s some background information:
I’m running Plex on my Windows PC (intending to set up a full server sometime soon). I have my Music folder added as a library, and I have purchased Plex Pass for my account (which is the server admin). Everything is working fine on my end. I can play my music from my PC/server and my hone (OnePlus 5) no problem. I can also sync playlists to my phone without an issue.
I have added my partner’s account as a home user and given him sync permissions. He can create playlists using my music library and sync them to his mobile device (also a OnePlus 5) without an issue.
However, on my account (the server admin), I’ve created playlists and shared them with my partner. He can play them on his phone and on the web app. The mobile app gives him the option to sync the playlist to his device. The playlist will enter his sync queue, but will sit at ‘Pending’ and will not actually sync.
Here are the error messages I observe in the Console when I try to refresh the sync on his app:

I’ve also observed the following error on some attempts:
Sync: sync item 44593294 in sync list 44915593 belonging to user 35408012 (email@gmail.com) is not authorized to sync
(I edited out the email address for his account)
Appreciate any help. Also curious if these features are working for everyone else or if the issue is just on my end.
