Can't transfer Tidal to my PLEX account

Hi,

i am a plex pass user and i have a separate TIDAL HiFi account. Now i want to integrate it in my PLEX app.

When i try to use the transfer page i get following error: “Sorry but Tidal is not available in your country”. This is not the case because Tidal is since a couple of month officially available in Croatia.

I hope you can help me with this case.

Have you tried to merely link your Tidal account as it is, instead of transferring the subscription over to Plex? Sign In | Plex

Hi,

now i have linked the account but the subscription it is not transferred to Plex. I would like the discount via plex due to plex pass.

I have notified some people who might be able to shed some light on this issue.

I am told the discount is not guaranteed. Due to currency exchange rates etc it might not be available in your country. This is mentioned in Adding TIDAL Subscriptions to Plex | Plex Support
