Hi there I have a plex pass lifetime subscription and I am having difficulties to access my account whenever link my plex pass with my existing TIDAL account. Basically I cannot access my plex account after I linking after sign in page I get an “internal error, something went wrong on our side” and orange circle turns forever. Whenever I unlink my tidal account I can access again to my plex account.
Before linking my tidal account to plex pass, I can see the tidal section on the web app and I can listen the previews of the albums and songs. HOWEVER, as I said before when I link my accounts sometimes I can go to plex settings and home page but when I go to tidal section sometimes I got error sometimes nothing happen except showing blank screen. I can access my tidal account from native tidal app by the way.
Also I should note that after linking tidal and plex accounts, I have a warning on the server settings and saying that this server is not claimed. and after claim the server I log in but problem still continues.

I believe problem caused by the plex and it is very disappointing.
I believe problem is caused by the subscription countries. Before purchase plex previous years I was living in a country where tidal was available (https://support.tidal.com/hc/en-us/articles/202453191-TIDAL-Where-We-re-Available) . Recently I moved to a country where tidal is not avaliable but thanks to my previous country subscription I can still access tidal via native app and paying the tidal with my credit card. Recently I bought lifetime plex pass in my new country which is different than the tidal subscription country and I am having the problem stated here.
Since I am living in a country where tidal is not available I cannot start my tidal account to be billed with plex.
I do not know how I can contact with plex to solve this issue therefore I wanted to write this here.
I hope it can be solved by plex otherwise this purchase become non sense.
