Can't Turnoff audio click/scroll sounds on PS4

I’m about to quit Plex. My last straw will be if I can’t turnoff the passive ‘click and scrolling’ sounds when looking at content in my library. IT"S SO LOUD. Every single movement on the PS4 controller causes a LOUD chirp sound… obviously built into the qudio settings for Plex, but I can’t turn it off. It makes scrolling for something to watch unbearable. It doesn’t happen through the browser if I’m using my laptop - but on PS4 it’s becoming a deal breaker. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Settings>Main>Sound Feedback (when you leave settings it will take effect)
