Can't Upgrade above 1.13.5.5332

Player Version#: 3.79.0

I’ve not been able to upgrade my Plex Server past version 1.13.5.5332. I’ve tried with 4 different newer versions, the last being 1.14.0.5470 (today). When I do, I’m unable to play anything from Roku, FireTV, or Web client. The error I receive is "Playback Error: Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install. Once I go back to PMS v1.13.5.5332 I’m fine on all client platforms.
