I cannot use either my android or apple phone to remote control my Tidal subscription on Chrome Web or Plex for Windows. If I save the album or song (not possible with Playlists) to my music folder then I can use my phone as a remote.

Until aobut 2 weeks ago, I could use my Pixel 3aXL as a remote for my LG OLED65C8PUA TV.
Now, no matter what I do, Tidal doesn’t show up on the TV Plex menu but it does on my phone and PC.
So, it did work, but now it doesn’t.
And I’ve tried signing out, logging back in, checking PW and filling in the “confirmation code” that appears on the TV when I’m trying to connect.
Plex shows everything else on the TV, but Tidal is noticeably missing now, while before it was in the left-hand column in the menu.
I’ve got issue as OP. No word from the Plex team as to whether this is by design or not?
Weird that neither the Plex team nor Plex users seem to care about this functionality…
This was my experience when tidal launched in Plex and the reason I don’t subscribe. I was just searching to see if they’d changed… guess not.
