I downloaded subtitles via the more… feature in the plex media player
However on the screenshot what you seeing is on another user and I can’t select it/download it. Any idea how I can get this fixed? The other user and me use the same exact subtitles for some shows.
You cant, since Subtitles searches are saved for each user separately.

The subtitle downloaded by you is yours, and yours only!
Your user must download one as well

Well that’s my problem, I can’t download the same exact subtitle on the other user (see screenshot) it’s checkmarked and i can’t download it.
