Cast and Crew on AppleTV Truncated, Missing Images and Not Selectable

As of the latest AppleTV player update where Cast & Crew data was added in multiple locations of Movies, the cast photos have all disappeared and are truncated to just the first three cast entries + director/writers. Cast & Crew entries are no longer selectable from the movie detail screen either.

I have discovered only one path to get Cast & Crew to display correctly: If a movie detail screen has a “Related Movies” section, all of the movies within it, when selected, display Cast & Crew normally with images intact. However, with any other path, “More with/by X cast or crew”, collections, all sort filters, etc, Cast & Crew are still broken.

This issue does not appear on the desktop player or for TV entries. It appears specific to Movies with the latest update to the AppleTV player.

Didn’t think to check iOS or whether it had been reported there instead. But, indeed, same issue.

Waiting for the fix…

Along with no actor photos/links for Movies, unplayed TV episodes are affected too!

ALL of my Apple devices are borked, iPhone, iPad and 2 AppleTV4K boxes.
