CCwGTV - 720p recordings are stuttering so bad they are unwatchable

@sixones I’ve tried the latest 9.17.0.38671-beta and the 720p dropped frames issue IS BACK!
The only version that works since 9.14 is the 9.17.0.38548 you provided. The 9.17.0.38636 that you provided drops 720p frames too.
