I did the update to DSM 7 and installed a new plex update, this lead my whole library to somehow screw up. I have rebuilt the server but a few specific movies and shows are no longer showing up. anyone have any advice

Pretty much all that was already set, again i have 98% of my former library there are just around 5 movies and 1 show that arnt being shown on plex

that helped me find one of the movies so thanks, still a few unaccounted for. The show looks like its the same but i don’t get the split apart option
yeah i found that for the movie but not the show
yes, i have found where they are merged with another season, i just don’t have the option to split on the individual episodes
well i did all that, renamed every single episode with the correct format. they arnt duplicating anymore but i dont see the new episodes aswell

those were server settings were they not? the server is able to see new things i have jsut added
i am confused, i did read them and i applied them, these should apply to all folder sand subfolders, does that not mean they will automatically apply to any new folders?

interesting, i use a tool that matches the TVDB, i guess its not doing that right, ill amend now

Yeah moving away from AVI is on my list of admin to do for the whole library
i dont know how you do the markup but all my files are written like [Show Name - SxE - Episode Name] and those all read fine
