Certain Folders Not Being Detected

Hey All,

I recently had to recreate my Plex server on my Synology and for some reason, a number of my TV shows are not showing up. I’ve followed, what I believe are the proper naming conventions, but I just can’t figure out why.

On my volume, I have a folder named “Hosted Media” with sub directories.

Below that, I have the following:

Any ideas on how I could get this troubleshot?

Check 1: have you added the Hosted Media > TV Series folder to a tv-show type library (sorry, this is a silly question… but this had been the issue in the past)

Check 2: given you’re running the PMS on your Syno… das the system account running the server have access to your media?

No question is too dumb! I don’t mind then “Sir, is your computer plugged in?” questions LOL

Check 1: Yeah, as far as I know, these are correct.

For permissions - I AM A LOSER! I set the share permissions but not the file!
