I am recording the show Quantum Leap from Pick TV. Until recently, the episodes were being recorded and added to the library as expected.
However, the episodes from Season 5 are not being added to the library even though they have been recorded successfully. I can see the file on the file system after the episode has been recorded, but even triggering a manual scan doesn’t add it. The only way I can get it to appear in the library is to do the Plex Dance (move it out of the folder, empty trash, and add it back). It’s off to need to empty trash when the episode is not actually showing in the library.
Other shows are recording successfully and getting added to the library, it is only this one season of one show which is causing this issue.
I have another library pointing to the same folder that the shows are being recorded to and, with that library the season poster will show the updated number of episodes when the new episode is recorded, but the detail view would be missing the new episode.
I’ve tried optimising the database, in case this helped, but it hasn’t made any difference.
Any ideas about what the issue may be?
