I have PMS on QNAP TS-453BE.
I have 2 x Plex Pass accounts and I need to transfer from user A to user B.
I connected to the server and log out from the user A.
I then claim the server using user B (logged in using user B through https://localhost:32400/web).
At first, seems to be okay, but then when it times out, I am not able to search the server, it keeps saying the server ‘xyz’ is unavailable / looking for server.
I have done the following things:
- Port forward 32400 to the QNAP server
- Open multiple browsers (chrome incognito, safari private mode, even local QNAP browser through browser station); unfortunately, all of them shows the server is unavailable / looking for server.
- Went to PlexMediaServer/Library/Plex Media Server/Plug-Ins folder and move out unnecessary plug-ins (with the exception of services.bundle as it is created automatically whenever I restarted the app)
- Renamed PlexMediaServer/Resources/Plug-Ins-7xxx/webClient.bundle to webClient.bundle.old and re-installed the app through app center (on which the folder is re-created automatically); the same error appearing
Interesting enough, if I use Android TV / Android mobile, the server works as expected.
I have a feeling this has something to do with web client caching in the server; but not sure which files to remove/modify
Your guidance would be great
