Hi there, no idea why this has happened, but changed my password and everything has now vanished. I have looked through similar support articles and don’t really understand what some folks have done to fix this.
I am running Plex on the Unraid binhex-plex Docker container.
Am kinda freaking out so any assistance would be massively appreciated.
You have ticked the checkbox, right?
Which means now all your clients and server(s) are no longer connected with your plex.tv account.
You need to rectify this, starting with the server.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you specific instructions for unraid, because I don’t use it.

Thanks for the super quick reply. I think I’ve worked it out - needed to log back in using the WebUI menu option in the docker container. I was looking for username and password in the actual docker settings page instead. Silly me.
Hopefully this helps someone else in the future.
