So I upgraded to new phone and got around to Installing Plex. Got to the 2FA screen soon realized that Google authenticator did not have Plex as I had hoped (old phone had something but failed to transfer or work for login purposes). The old phones Google authenticator has the 6 digits and countdown clock. But, it’s not registered to anything just a blank space next to it.
Next issues, with having a child, Installing a NAS and new phone the one thing I can not locate is the recovery codes… Pictures were backed up, except that one I guess. Does this mean the lifetime plex pass tied to that account is gone?
According to FAQs it does. I spent hours digging thru all apps looking for codes. And trying to reset password didn’t help.
Any help would be great. I have a feeling I might have screwed myself. Sorry it’s late, stressed hate to waste money.
