I also confirmed what you wer3 saying about remuxing to mp4 again, also worked both online and offline! Is there any point in doing that though?

It confirms that your original files were suffering from the same issue as is discussed in here: High Bandwidth via Direct Play on Windows 10 - #8 by gbooker02
Which file format you are using to re-mux the files, to fix the issue is up to you.
