Somehow either the chromecast or plex is incorrectly thinking that my 2 televisions can decode EAC3 but it is only compatible with AC3 and DTS. I have tried modifying the Chromecast.xml in profiles (both in the original directory and the more permanent profiles folder) but it is being overridden by the augmented profiles generated by the chromecast.
Is there any way around this? Why is there no option to select what audio modes are available so i can. Thanks!
