Cannot cast to Chrome Cast either from the mobile app or from laptop browser (Connected to same WiFi network)
This all worked fine yesterday; But today the new app installed onto my phone.
All the other Cast apps work just fine (Netflix etc)
I have updated the server side plex software & rebooted everything
I got mine casting but you’ll wish you hadn’t when you see the changes to anime subtitles.
OK; Found the solution in another post here in the forums.
If you are also seeing this issue make sure you have config.claspws.tv whitelisted in all your ad blockers.
I use Pi-Hole to try ans stave off the deluge of crap that is the Internet. Add config.claspws.tv to the whitelist & now the app can Cast again.
