Unable to link reinstall of PMS to account on website

Hi. I could really use some help. I had PMS on my Synology 918+. I had an issue with the latest update and ended up thinking that I could uninstall it, delete the files in the volume, reinstall and all would be fine. I reinstalled PMS on my NAS and it shows no sign of my server. When I open the PMS app on my NAS, I see nothing about my server. When I log into plex.tv, I also see no sign of my server. New or old. What am I doing wrong on this? Sorry I am a newb when it comes to this. Was working …
