Clearstream TV is Dead

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this, but my Clearstream TV no longer connects to Plex. When I tried to re-add it (a) it won’t recognize my device and (b) when I try to add it via IP address, I get an error stating that “There was a problem adding the device.”

The Clearstream is working fine as I can view streams using the native app on iOS and the device’s firmware is patched and up to date (stating that it’s ready for Plex).

Anybody else having this issue? I’m not sure when the problem actually started, but it’s happening now. :frowning:

Pretty sure there was a firmware update for Clearstream a few months ago. might want to check that. If I recall it is a bit awkward to update.

Yes, it was a PITA to get updated. But per the Clearstream TV app, the firmware is up to date.

Sadly, Antennas Direct could only suggest updating the firmware on the device, which I had already done. I did it again, just to make sure, and no go. I’m running the Plex server from a Synology NAS, but was able to connect to the ClearStream TV previously. I’m wondering if there’s a way to roll back the Plex server version to see if that fixes the issue. Is that possible?
