Been looking every where and can’t seem to find how to activate the Show Collections. All the videos I’ve seen show it under “Delete Preview Thumbnails” in the movies edit section. Mine only has Scanners. I made a manual collection but when I click the collection tab it says nothing to see here.

My bad I was originally writing for an issue with metadata but fixed it. Article no good.
The article is very relevant to you, because it says you need at least PMS version 1.11 for collections.
You don’t have updated the very old version of PMS on your Shield yet, so you don’t have the described Collection features available.
I have version 1.43 also it doesn’t show up on PC server or Plex.TV
