I am trying to use a Taotronic BTR3 DAC with Plexamp headless. It used to work although I would get odd cut outs on rare occasions. I am trying to see if I can get any feedback or suggestions for how to set up the PulseAudio to be used by ALSA as the default the device. The need for this is to allow the BTR3 DAC to run at 48000 or higher sample rate.
Any guidance on how to get the BTR3 DAC to run reliably with Plexamp installed on DietPI would be amazing.

I was able to get this resolved. Installing apulse and launching the service exec line while invoking apulse resolved the sampling rate issues on the BTR3
