I have my Plex media server through a Raspberry Pi with a networked HDD (WD MyCloud) being played on a XboxOne.
When i use Plex on my xbox through the app, (not consistently) but it will Stop every 30 sec for about 2 sec each stop. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to become an annoyance. Now if i go to Xbox Media Player and select plex media server, it will play PERFECT every time. This is what leads me to think its a plex app bug and not the PMS. Are their any fixes for this upcoming or is this not a known issue?
Need to know what the file information is - can get the xml from plex/web info button

It sounds like something is being transcoded by the xbox one where it is not being elsewhere and your server is struggling to keep up. For the pi nothing will likely be transcoded. For the media player app it's much closer, could be something to do with possibly using an MKV container? Usually this remux isn't very strenuous on the server. Most information is definitely need to help diagnose is however.
All my video mp4 and mkv. This file at the time of the incident is an mkv and im using an Mkvtoolnix codec pac for it also. One question before I get the info needed for you. Where exactly is the the "Info" button and how do i get the server logs?
