Mine turned out to be a permissions issue with the volume I added to support transcoding (/transcode). I set the permissions to 777, and it started working fine.

@cymor @Altaratee Please try to downgrade to the previous release (Docker tag “1.12.3.4973-215c28d86”). It appears the 1.13.x binaries could be currently incompatible with your old CPUs.
