Update to server version 1.20.3.3437 has let me complete a successful channel rescan with Hauppauge Dual HD tuner and select my region, but I am still unable to watch any channels. Still get the original “Cannot tune channel” error when I try to watch anything.
The DVR set up and scan process seemed more solid, and worked as expected instead of stalling. It found 360 channels from my four receivable transmitters while scanning, this reduced to 210 when the scan had completed (presumably due to duplicates being removed), which then reduced to 124 after I had selected my Freeview region (Meridian South East OTA Freeview). It should be Meridian South, I think, which is what I get from Hannington transmitter.
The guide then updated and displays what looks like the correct listings, but I still can’t watch anything!
Hannington is still not listed in the transmitter list.

Installed the newest update and was hoping for a fix… Issue still occurs… I can delete my DVR and re-add it, but after a few hours I lose access to live TV.
so dizquetv allows you to use your content to build out your own channels. I have to 2 plex servers since Plex does not support multiple guides. It looks like somehow the guide/channel mappings are leaking from my second plex in to my first which is breaking live tv. DizqueTV is great, but I need the live TV more than having my own channels.
Thank You. There appears to be an issue with the scheduler in Plex Media Server resulting in the device id being lost

I am going to send you alpha build for next release (1.20.4) which is expected to fix the scheduler bug
Please let me know how it goes. Please go through DELETE DVR and recreate as you have done - make sure you leave a gap between the deletion (which is asynchronous) and the re-creation
