…just installed windows 11 and my plex media server uses cpu 100% and then drop to 0% after 5 seconds… does ti in circles until I shut off the server …even if nothing is playing… any ideas what is going on??? pleas send some help… thx!!!
Fair chance this has something to do with it. You can disable it if you want
I had this problem recently OP and it was database corruption. Once I restored a recent backup and did some additional repairs it was so much better
this is how I got it solved… I did a back-up on my server in windows 10…then I installed windows 11 and restore my server… after having all the issues I described above, I decide to scan all my libraries and issue never happened again…
