Provide logs

Did sideload this 10.19.3 release on my AFTV 4K Ultra. Video and audio speed are running at 4x now and any content is currently absolutely not watchable. Never seen something like that before.
LG WebOS still crashing within seconds.
I took another AFTV model with a real old 10.15. This one is working perfect.
We need your fire TV logs
Can you please provide your fire TV logs with these issues, that sounds unrelated to the issues in this thread as that sounds more like a playback related issue and there have been no changes in 10.19 that relate to playback. Then we need your LG TV logs as well as that is an entirely different app to fire TV
On my Samsung TV everything works fine this is the version and this is the registry

It just throws this error but the series works fine without image cuts
This thread is for a crashing issue on fire TV, if you have an issue on your fire TV please share your fire TV logs.
With my amazon fire stick 4k max and the latest version of the plex client the image stops after 4 minutes, sometimes the image stops and the sound continues.
How can I send a ZIP to you? I don’t see a way to do so. I must be blind.

As stated above please send me your Fire TV logs, follow the link in this comment which will tell you how to get those logs. The errors you are sending are related to the Samsung TV app and are not useful.
I won’t upload it here for everybody to see. The log do contain content titles, my personal plex.direct links, and many more things I don’t want to share to the world. I want to send the logs to you - in person. No direct mail or something like that?
In the logs of the guy in one of the posts above I could see what PlaybackManager outputs to his log… If I were him I would remove that logging.txt file …
