Hello, When I create a new user there is no server for that user on say Android app, IOS app, or apple tv. If I access the account say via http://app.plex.tv via chrome the libraries show fine. Is there anyway to resolve this? I have set no restrictions for the users and shared all my libraries.

Try signing out of and back in to your plex account on these apps.
Yes I did this and cleared the cache and deleted all history and for some reason some users will show the libraries fine but others specifically new ones it will not show the libraries I feel like I have tried everything haha. Surprised I am the only one having this issue.
Did this happen just today or already perhaps ~ 24 - 48 hours ago?
Because there were some issues back then with the login servers.
This has happened for quite some time probably like 6 months I just have had no time to submit a question on it as some users were working i just told them to use another user as those ones worked and the one I created for them did not. Only the podcasts and news feeds showed up not my libraries.
Do you mean these here? (particularly the Ratings and Labels)
Actually, I’ve just stumbled upon this
So try to let it just sit for a few minutes after switching to these users.
I know this is no solution, but it’d provide valuable clues for bug fixing.

Ok I will try to just wait and see if they appear but the other users appear instantly so it is really odd.
