Since the latest update the credits skip button no longer shows on the Android mobile or Android TV apps. It shows on web so the setting is correctly set on the server and library (as it has been for months).
The new changes to the settings are also enabled, I’ve tried manual, automatic, and disabling and re-enabling it and it doesn’t show at all.
Any ideas?

Have you confirmed the title you are watching has credits detected? So are you using the same title that worked on web?
I have confirmed it is working on my Android TV and mobile.
Yes. Not a single thing shows the button and playing a same episode on web shows it.
Any chance your Player Experience settings are set to not show credits markers? It’s working for me on PMS 1.32.8.7639, but I’m on the Android 10.3.0 beta, not 10.2.0.
Can you share what your Player Experience settings are set to? Specifically “Skips Credits”,“Show up next” and “Auto Play Countdown”. I think I found the issue. So originally when you set “Auto Play Countdown” to “Immediate” then “Show up next” cannot be set to “During final credits” as then the next episode would start during the credits. Seems like it broke recently. I will file it as an issue but can you try either setting “Show up next” to “When video finishes” with “Auto play countdown” to “immediate” or change “Auto play countdown” to “5 seconds” with “Show up next” set to “During final credits”. And confirm you are either seeing the button or the minimized player?
Clearing data resolved it. It stopped working before I even delved into the new settings.
