Database Help with quantities not matching

Fairly new to using Plex but somewhere along the way I seem to have a discrepancy with the quantity of my folders to the number of movies that is actually in my database. I have tried doing duplicates and nothing shows. I also tried scanning library files multiple times. I’m showing more movies in my database on Plex than that are actually on my NAS. Any help or tricks to solving this would be greatly appreciated!!

How to find the discrepancy between number of files on disk and the number of movies in the Plex movie library

In addition to the above, you might be seeing automatically created Collections.

That’s what so strange under Movies then collections it says there are no items in this library. I also tried using the webtools 3.0 just now and it says

Perfect! Media files are present and accessible for all items in the Plex database.
Perfect! All media files are present in the database.
No items missing metadata

I also label every folder by Name then year and also files. Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) example… I removed all the movies for the past few weeks that I added to the database and it updated the quantity but is still off by 1.

Well, this one item could be one of the things that the plugins won’t find automatically.
The first link contains more clues what it could be.

I never found the problem so I just started removing all the movies to a different folder I added over the past 3 to 5 months and it fixed it. Currently adding the movies back and adding metadata back to the 200+ movies. After adding back the movies I still became off by 1. I ended up going through each folder and I guess I moved another folder inside of another folder by mistake hence the movies numbers being off. Problem solved!!!
