Hi guys - I know this is a debug entry, but it doesn’t make any sense to me and I have 100’s of them in my log. I only noticed because I was looking for an entry 2 days ago, but my log now only goes back 24 hrs because of entries like this.

019 is “Dave”
023 is “Dave ja vu” (aka Dave +1)

Why is Plex getting these two confused?
This DEBUG is repeated 100’s of times in my log (attached). …not sure if this is a bug or not so sharing it here.

That looks like you have “Limit to channel” set to “Dave” for the recording, but also have “Limit to airing time” set for an airing which is only on “Dave ja vu” so it is skipping the recording.

I do have one scheduled recording set with “Limit to channel” to “Dave”, but I have no recordings set with “Limit to airing time”.

So airings in the schedule on 023 “Dave ja vu” get ignored and that gets logged. It may be more helpful to also log the airing time or title but the presence of the log entries is sufficient as a clue as to why airings got skipped over

It is working as designed. the log entries are less than 10% of the entries in the log you provided

Over 50% of the logs is transcoder logged errors. I will discuss this with the development team
